Personalized Memory Frames with Ornament DIY

This frame  can be personalized with a name, dates and favorite wording of a loved one that has passed.  Display it all year with a picture, and then hang the ornament included  on your tree each year.  This frame also comes with the stand to display on a table. This is sold as a DIY but can also be ordered a finished item in the home decor/holiday section as well.  Choose your poem and how many cardinals you would like along with any names you would like to add.

**Disclaimer**

All DIY kits and signs are made to order.  These are all handmade laser cut wood and because of that, there may be imperfections in the wood such as knots and slight char marks on unfinished wood (can be wiped with damp cloth).  We do our best to pick the best looking piece but also know that slight imperfections add character to the piece as well.
