Return, Refund and Shipping Policy

We do NOT accept returns, exchanges or cancellations

Because of the nature of these items being custom hand-made, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns or cancellations. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with pictures of the box and items within 48 hours of delivery. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Complaints/Comments/Concerns

Shipping Policy The majority of our items are personalized to what our customers want ie: design, color and names and for this reason our turn around shipping time is about 2 weeks. If it is a bigger item or several of items we will contact you to let you know if extra time is needed in preparing your order. All of our items are shipped with insurance included. Please make sure that all delivery info is correct prior to placing your order. Info added incorrectly can hold up the process time of your order. If your order is undeliverable you will have to pay an additional shipping fee once the correct info is provided.

Custom Orders

We love being able to create a unique, personal item for customers and friends. If you are looking to buy a custom made item, contact us at info@TnECreations.com and we can chat about what you’re looking for  Please note, when we make a custom item it may take some time (one to two weeks) to find the best materials and to make your item perfect. Please allow extra time on production and delivery of custom orders.

Any complaints (comments/concerns) about items may be sent to info@TnECreations.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution, but again, we will do our best.
